Try refreshing, clearing cache, or pretending nothing is wrong and trying again. If the cosmos is against you, check your internet connection.

Use the reset password option on the login screen. Yes, it exists. No, we cannot bypass it for "cool people."

Refunds are available within the first 7 days of purchase, provided you haven't exhausted your entire token allocation in a single frantic weekend.
